Order Processing
SovereignStylz products are made to order and fulfilled through Printify and its network of professional print providers.
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the product, print provider, order volume, availability, and seasonal demand.
Processing time is separate from the time required for shipping and delivery.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the products ordered, shipping destination, fulfillment provider, and available shipping method.
Customers will have an opportunity to review applicable shipping charges before completing their purchase.
Shipping and Delivery Times
After an order has been processed, delivery times may vary based on:
- The shipping destination
- The print provider fulfilling the order
- The shipping method selected
- Carrier schedules and service interruptions
- Weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control
Any estimated delivery date displayed during checkout is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has shipped. Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update the tracking status after the shipping label has been created.
Multiple Shipments
Products within the same order may be produced by different print providers. As a result, items may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees after checkout because an order is divided into multiple shipments.
Shipping Delays
SovereignStylz works with established fulfillment providers and shipping carriers, but occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.
These circumstances may include carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect delivery information, or unusually high order volume.
We appreciate your patience and understanding when unexpected delays occur.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
SovereignStylz is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping expenses, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Contact Customer Support as soon as possible if you discover an error in your shipping information. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or has been shipped.
Lost Packages
If tracking indicates that your package may be lost in transit, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible.
We will review the available tracking information and work with the fulfillment provider or shipping carrier to investigate the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.
Damaged Packages or Products
If an order arrives damaged, please contact Customer Support promptly and provide:
- Your name
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging
This information will help us investigate the issue with the fulfillment provider and determine an appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, processing fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid to SovereignStylz.
International delivery times may also be affected by customs processing.
